About the Workshop

This three-day classroom-based workshop will focus on the measurement of efficiency and productivity using data envelopment analysis (DEA). The content of the workshop is designed meticulously with the objective to provide a healthy balance between theory and hands-on applications. The workshop will cover sufficiently both basic and advanced DEA models for measuring efficiency and productivity in multi-input and multi-output settings. Participants will be introduced to DEAP, EMS, R packages and MATLAB. The workshop is organized by the Faculty of Economics, South Asian University, India, in technical collaboration with Buckingham Business School, The University of Buckingham, United Kingdom.

Important Note

Due to logistical reasons, only a limited number of participants will be admitted to the workshop. The admission will be on a rolling basis until all the positions have been filled or until the application deadline of 1st November 2018 has been reached.
