Project Title
“Changing Sexual Networks and Unexplored Risk Behaviors of Truckers/Drivers and Allied Population in India”.
Job Description
The individual shall be responsible to deliver research tasks, administrative and logistic operations of the projects spread across different states of India. The responsibilities shall mainly include literature review, tool development, training the field investigators, fieldwork monitoring, data management, analysis, and report writing, travel for data collection supervision in different states, on ground logistic management along with any other task required for the successful completion of the projects.
Eligibility
Skills specific to Research Officer (Qualitative Research): Adequate research experience and expertise on the Nvivo/ AtlasTi qualitative research packages and qualitative data analysis. Capable to work independently using qualitative research designs. Good communication, coordination and writing skills.
Skills specific to Research Officer (Quantitative Research): Knowledge of relevant (SPSS/STATA) software and data analyses techniques. Good communication, coordination, and writing skills.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree with work experience in qualitative or quantitative research.
- Conversant with research methods, tools, and techniques.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to coordinate and perform in team environment and willing to travel to different parts of the country.
