Research Fellow
Qualification: Atleast a Master’s degree (completed). Preferably in the Social Sciences. Understanding of development sector and development issues in India. Knowledge of Qualitative/Quantitative research methodologies and data analysis softwares would be preferred. Good writing skills and proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint. Fluency in English (written and oral). Knowledge of regional languages will be advantageous. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job description: Support in research related activity and other duties as required in line with skills, experience and the role in project. Policy analysis of developmental projects. The candidate has to be multi –task with different activities in a time-bound manner.
Duration: 3 months, May be extended thereafter based on performance of the candidate and project requirements.

Key responsibilities: Role of project coordinator is to understand programmes which library conducts regularly and draw some valuable inputs. Coordinating as well as monitoring these programme M Power Library and Study Centre (Transforming M-Ward Project and Promoting Higher Education in M/E Ward). Design a monthly learning plan for library students. Person should be self-motivated. She/he is expected to work in group or individual
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate/Post-graduation with minimum 3 year work experience. Interested in educational challenges of marginalized students. Few years of work experience on this will be valuable. Has few years of heading as well as managing community level center. Ready to commit for minimum 2 years. Expertise over: English, Hindi, Marathi
Salary: Rs. 40,000/- per month

Project coordinator (technical)-1
Key responsibilities: Providing professional inputs on tasks designed by library. Providing redesigning inputs on Post-COVID-19 programs. Active contribution in digitization process of Library. Initiating technical interventions in communities. Leading incubation programme for students. Creating start-up opportunities for volunteering students. Developing business plans for volunteering students
Eligibility Criteria: Individual must be a degree holder of B.Arch. Minimum 5 years of work experience in designing projects as well as leading them. Strong understanding of urban marginalized community. Individual must be ready to working with the marginalized community, especially with children’s of a marginalized community. Strong report writing skill and presentation skill
Salary: Rs. 50000 per month
