Women Engineering College Ajmer holds the privilege of being the first Government Engineering College for Women in North India. The foundation Stone of this college was laid on  30th April, 2007.

The college is acting as a pedestal to explore the hidden talent for technical and managerial excellence among the students. At present, 1500 students are studying in various bachelor and masters courses. The college is located on NH-79 and is easily accessible through rail and road. The nearest airport is at Jaipur. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, formerly Regional Engineering College Jalandhar, is a public engineering institute located in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. It has been declared as an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Human Resoure Development, Govt of India.

About the Course

Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP) was envisaged as a long-term programme to be implemented in 2-3 phases for transformation of the Technical Education System with the World Bank assistance.

As per TEQIP phase III design, the project has following main objectives: Providing teaching and research assistantships to increase enrolment in existing and new PG programmes in engineering disciplines, subject knowledge and research competence, organizing subject area training programmes, workshops, seminars, conferences, modernization & strengthening of laboratories.

Objectives of the Course

A computational method in engineering science brings to light the numerous uses of numerical methods in engineering and science. In this course, experts will clearly explain the application of these methods mathematically, emphasizing programming aspects when appropriate. By approaching the cross-disciplinary topic of numerical methods with a flexible approach.

  • Balance discussion of mathematical principles and engineering applications.
  • Detail step-by-step numerical/analytical method and practical examples to help UG/PG students, faculty, and researcher to fully grasp the concepts.

Faculty members in all disciplines of Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Post Doctoral Fellows, Research Scholars/ PG/UG students.
