IIIT Allahabad invites applications for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology funded research project entitled “ Resource-Constrained AI ”.
About MeitY
To promote e-Governance for empowering citizens, promoting the inclusive and sustainable growth of the Electronics, IT & ITeS industries, enhancing India’s role in Internet Governance, adopting a multipronged approach that includes the development of human resources, promoting R&D and innovation, enhancing efficiency through digital services and ensuring a secure cyber space.
Objective of the Project
To develop resource constrained edge level embedded implementations of AI algorithms, in specific, deep learning algorithms for IoT applications.
Eligibility
Essential Qualification: The candidate should have M.Tech. / M.Sc. degree in Computer Science/ Electronics with 60% of marks (CGPA of 6.5 in 10 point scale).
Desirable Qualifications: Candidate must qualify GATE/NET or similar other national-level ranking.
Fellowship
As per DST norms.
Duration
The initial appointment will be for one year, which is extendable up to the duration of the project, solely based on performance.
