Applications are invited for JRF (Electrical Engg & Computer Science) Under SERB Funded Project at IISER Bhopal for the year 2022. The last date of application is 10 April.
Applications are invited from Indian nationals for one post of Junior Research Fellow under research project funded by the SERB, India titled “Investigating the Photophysics, Chiroptics and Electron Transport Properties of Helical Tautomeric Scaffolds”.
Objective of the project is to perform extensive solid-state electron transport studies on molecules designed for this purpose. The material can be in powder, plate, or crystal forms, which need to be connected and tested at controlled environment condition using various AC and DC electrical characterization systems.
Eligibility
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (M.E./M.Tech/MS/M.Sc) in relevant branch of Electronics/Electrical/ Instrumentation
Engineering / Physics and Related Areas with CGPA > 7.0 (or > 60%) . Or - Bachelor’s degree (B.E./ B.Tech./BS) in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering / Physics
and equivalent branches with CGPA > 7.0 (or > 60%).
Desirable:
- Experience with electrical characterization, operating and maintaining electrical equipment will be
beneficial. - A Valid GATE score or a valid UGC/CSIR-NET qualification in the related branch.

Salary
