Applications are invited for JRF (Civil Engineering) Under DST Funded Project at IIT(BHU) Varanasi for the year 2022. The last date of application is 18 July.
Applications are invited for one (1) post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) at a fellowship of Rs. 31000/- + HRA for eighteen months (maybe extendable to another eighteen months), payable as per rule in the DST-funded Project entitled “Utilization of Industrial Wastes in Dense and Gap Graded Asphalt Mixes as Fillers”.
The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The candidates are encouraged to join the Ph.D. program (in the Department of Civil Engineering) after joining the project.
Eligibility
Essential Qualification: The applicant must be a First class in BE/B.Tech. and M.Tech. in Civil Engineering. GATE qualification is mandatory.
Desirable qualification:
- M.Tech. Project/Dissertation in Pavement materials (preferably on bituminous mixes).
- Should have good oral and written communication skills
- Should be willing to work efficiently in team environment, self motivated, and working under a variety of challenging research conditions
Age Limit: 28 Years as on date of advertisement (Relaxation as per Government of India norms).
