About:
Kudumbashree is the poverty eradication and women empowerment programme implemented by the State Poverty Eradication Mission (SPEM) of the Government of Kerala.
Applications are invited for the post of Journalist Interns for 14 districts. Applicants should have passed graduation/post graduation in 2017-18. Those who passed Journalism from Govt. Institution (institution, press club and university) or those who are graduates from other universities may apply. Those who are well versed in English will get preference.
Duration of the Internship Programme will be up to 31/03/2019.
Guidelines:
- Those who have already attended the 2017-18 internship programme need not apply.
- Age of the candidate should be between 18 and 30 (as on September 1st 2018).
- Written examination and interview of the candidates will be on September 24th at Thiruvananthapuram. There will not by any further communication on written examination. Details of Applicants and center of the examination will be published in kudumbashree website on 19.09.2018.
Stipend:
The selected candidates will get Rs. 15,000/- as Stipend. Selected candidates will be posted in districts after training.
