Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google’s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The gTech Customer Experience (gCare) Video Specialists are a team of trusted experts that help customers design and execute their video campaign strategies by leveraging video solutions from Google.

With a deep understanding of the product and the industry, you will interact with clients and agencies on a daily basis and use your video expertise to support promoters and customers across the full campaign cycle.

As a Video Specialist, you will work closely with your business stakeholders to align on market specific business objectives, customer goals, and business growth opportunities.


  • Work extensively with our partner Sales teams and customers to provide insights-driven video services based on customer objectives, business strategy, and growth opportunities across media and creative.
  • Be a thought leader on video campaign strategy, optimization, reporting, and measurement.
  • Liaise with both Sales teams and our vendor teams to coordinate the planning, implementation, optimization, reporting, and measurement of video campaigns, establishing and scaling best practices for each.
  • Partner with Sales to align on business rationale, advertiser needs, and growth opportunity for the broader market. Ensure key performance indicators prioritization, alignment, and adoption.
  • Take a customer centric approach by leveraging video expertise in order to translate video pitches and campaign briefings into effective video campaigns, creating custom offerings as required. Drive results for customers, and identify and engage on promoting opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with customer support, account management (e.g., direct and/or offline), and/or project management.
  • Experience of working on digital marketing, supporting clients directly.
  • Experience in video marketing, branding, and/or performance driven campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with media agencies, digital media solutions, and/or service delivery management.
  • Experience with brand strategy, TV advertising, media agencies, digital media solutions and Google’s video ad product suite.
  • Experience and knowledge of using/planning digital video advertising.
  • Knowledge of, and passion for, Google’s video ad product suite (YouTube).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear ability to absorb complex concepts, and communicate them to a non-expert audience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.
