About the Internship
As an HR intern in Gensler’s Bangalore Office, you will join our creative student environment for a full-time, paid internship opportunity beginning approximately August 2022 and ending January 2023. You must be available for the entire duration of the program
They are seeking Talent Acquisition Intern who is responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent. We need our intern to be organized, consistent, and ready for anything.
HR Intern will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the human resource team. This will include, but not be limited to recruitment and selection, and general administration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sourcing activities to open positions
- Involve in recruitment & selectin processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc)
- Reviews employment applications
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current and future opportunities
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Address employee queries about benefits
Qualifications
- MBA degree in Human Resources or similar relevant field
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Deadline driven; Efficiency and organizational ability
- Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
- General computer proficiency
