About the Workshop
The workshop will provide a unique platform for researchers working on management (or social science) papers to meet IIMA and other international faculty, get feedback on their on-going research, and learn about the various steps in developing strong research papers. The workshop will be interactive and will allow for in-depth discussions and individual feedback.
The workshop will consist of two parts.
Part 1 (January 4-5, 2019): Conducting High-Quality Research in India
Part 2 (January 6, 2019): Paper Development Workshop
Eligibility
This workshop is designed for researchers working in social sciences (OB, HRM, Strategy, and Organization theory) and who are interested in developing getting inputs on doing high-quality research work. The workshop will help researchers in developing high quality research manuscripts.

Last Date for Registration: Registration will close on December 15, 2018 or when the seats of the workshop are filled (whichever is earlier). The seats of the workshop are limited (60 in number). The registration will be purely on first-come-first-serve basis. IIMA reserves the right to deny registration once the seats are full.
Submission Guidelines
To participate in the ‘Paper Development Workshop’ (January 6, 2019), please submit an
extended abstract of 2,000-3,000 words to submissions.indam@gmail.com by December 1, 2018. Your abstract should clearly summarize the study’s focal area, theoretical background, research gap and question, and include details about the data, analytical strategy (for empirical papers), and preliminary results. Participants need to be registered for the complete workshop to participate in the ‘Paper Development Workshop’.
